We may at our sole discretion suspend a loan from the secondary market when we receive, or become aware of, information which we consider could be material and which we think could significantly impact a lender’s decision to purchase the relevant loan or loan part on the secondary market.
If a loan is suspended from the secondary market, we will post a loan update on the lending platform setting out the situation and the reason(s) for the suspension.
