LandlordInvest is now Mustard

From today, LandlordInvest is Mustard. The investment platform, our website and our emails have all switched over to the new name and look.

Earlier this year the business came under new ownership, bringing new leadership and backing from investors with deep experience in property finance. Mustard is the first visible step in that new chapter: a fresh identity for a platform with a renewed focus.

The regulated business behind it is unchanged. Mustard is a trading name of LandlordInvest Limited, which remains authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 660926). Existing accounts, investments and ISAs are not affected by the change.

What this means for investors

• Logins stay the same. Existing investors sign in with the same email address and password as before. There's nothing you need to do.
• The investment platform has a new address. It's now at invest.getmustard.co.uk. The old platform.landlordinvest.com address still works and takes you straight to the new one, so existing bookmarks won't break, but you may wish to update them.
• Our website has moved to getmustard.co.uk. landlordinvest.com now points here.
• Our emails now come from [email protected]. Adding this address to your safe senders list will stop notifications and loan updates landing in your junk folder. Emails sent to our old @landlordinvest.com addresses still reach us.
• Our bank details are unchanged. The account name and details used to add funds stay exactly the same.
• ISAs continue as normal. LandlordInvest Limited remains the ISA manager; only the name on our communications has changed. Any transfer in progress is unaffected.
• Everything else is unchanged. Funded loans, interest payments and withdrawals all continue exactly as before.

Staying safe

Changes like this are sometimes used by fraudsters. We will never ask you for your password, or ask you to send money to new bank details, by email or phone. If you're ever unsure whether a message is genuinely from us, don't click any links. Type the platform address directly into your browser, or contact us.

Looking ahead

Over the coming months we'll be making improvements to the platform and the investor experience, while keeping our focus on the secured property lending that has always been at the heart of what we do.
