Client’s circumstances: The client, an operator of a children’s day nursery, needed to secure funding to purchase the property from where they were carrying out their activities in order to lower their rent and expand their business within the property. The senior lender that structured the transaction, reached out to Mustard to provide the funding shortfall.
Mustard’s service: Mustard was within a short-term period able to provide a 12 month £65,963 mezzanine loan at a LTV of 76.2%.
The result: The clients were able to purchase the property and substantially lowered their rent. The 12 month loan term gave the client plenty of time to refinance with a high street bank.
